Refund and Returns Policy
Because NINERMAS focuses on industrial automation spare parts, legacy modules, and B2B sourcing support, refund and return handling may vary depending on product condition, order type, testing status, and supplier-specific commercial terms.
General Principle
Returns are not automatically accepted for all orders. Any return, replacement, or refund request must be reviewed and approved in writing by our team before goods are sent back.
Return Eligibility
To be considered for return review, the product must be materially incorrect, damaged in transit, or not consistent with the confirmed order details. Buyers should inspect goods promptly upon receipt.
Non-Returnable Situations
Custom-sourced items, special procurement lines, obsolete parts acquired against a confirmed request, and products affected by misuse, improper storage, modification, or incorrect installation are generally not eligible for return.
Reporting Timeframe
Any issue should be reported as soon as possible after delivery. The report should include part number, order reference, description of the issue, photos when relevant, and supporting evidence for inspection or transit damage claims.
Refund Processing
